Bob Caton

With over 20 years’ experience in executive search, many of which have been working in the technology, oil & gas and transportation industries, Bob is known for his meticulous attention to detail and genuine care for every client. Bob takes a strategic approach, connecting candidates with clients to fit their needs not only in the present, but also to align with future growth ambitions – resulting in clients choosing to continue working with Bob year after year.
Before entering the executive search business, Bob held senior management positions in the UK, Netherlands and Japan working for household names including HSBC and JGC Corporation, one of Japan’s leading engineering contractors. This experience living & working abroad left Bob well-versed in cultural sensitivities and challenges, and he has since successfully conducted several complex international searches in the Middle East, Europe and the US.
Prior to his career in executive search, Bob served in the British Army as a commissioned officer with the Royal Green Jackets, now The Rifles. Bob has an MA in History from Oriel College, Oxford and an MBA from Exeter University.
